Payments

Payments are required on the day (or at the time of invoice for out of clinic sessions). Please note that credit transactions incur a 2.2% surcharge that cannot be claimed through Medicare. Direct debit payments are required two banking days prior to the appointment as funds must be in the bank for a receipt to be issued at the appointment time.

Please note that payments are not accepted from third parties unless payment is made prior to the appointment; families will be required to pay for the consultation in full if payment is not received prior to the consultation. Cancelation fees will apply if the appointment is cancelled due to failure of the third party to pay on time. In all instances Dr Schelleman will invoice the family in advance for the consultation and the family will be responsible for arranging payment directly from third parties.
